Templates in C?

I was just mulling whether simulating templates in C is possible.I found this post here informative.
In Java, its possible to use reflection to invoke the methods of the target class.Is it possible to simulate that in C ?If you get to know the answer please mail to me at vbnandu86@gmail.com
